Harry Potter #1-7

January 7, 2009 at 2:36 am (Uncategorized)

This is a good and exciting and time for predicting type of book.  Chutney and I[Pico] have read all of them and love them! This book is by a wonderful author named J.K.Rowling.  These books are about a young boy that finds out that he is a wizard.  He must face the challenges of a wizard boarding school and defeat the man who killed his parents and millions more. In the earlier books the main character Harry deals with rival students, frustrating family and more. The later books have highschool sweethearts, friendship and adventure away from Hogwarts (his school.)  This book involves a whole wizarding world full of adventure and mystery. Read it today!

-Pico and Chutney

P.S.  Our rule is read the book before the movie!

I just finished the fourth and, boy is it good. But my cousin told me that after the fourth, they get really vicious, cruel and not very good. But I have another two books for you to read. I loved them. The first one is called “The Penderwicks”. The second is called, “The Penderwicks on Gardam Street”. They’re both great. They’re not scary or anything. They just kind of take your breath away. Thanks!

I’m actually reading the fifth, so don’t tell me what happens! I am on the part where they’re having their first defense against the dark arts class.
